REPELLENT 34

REPELLENT 34 is high concentrated type water and oil repellents for textile finishing.

REPELLENT 34 gives durable water and oil repellency to synthetic, natural and their blended fabric with soft handle.

Properties:

Main component : Fluoro-carbon coplymer
Appearance  : Off-white liquid
pH   : 5 - 6
Ionic : Weak Cationic
Solubility : Easily dissolve into cold water

Application:

For general water and oil repellent finish:
1. Polyester/Cotton, Polyester, Nylon and Silk etc. 2 - 3% solution
2. Cotton 100% 4 - 6% solution
Padding - Drying - curing

REPELLENT 34(EX)

REPELLENT 34(EX) is mainly composed of Fluoro-carbon resin and it provides excellent water and oil repellency for various kinds of textiles.

REPELLENT 34(EX) is compatible to most of the resin, processing agents, softening agents and catalysts.

Properties:

Main component : Fluoro - polymer derivative
Appearance  : Off-white liquid
Ionic : Nonionic
Solubility : Soluble in water

Application :

For general water and oil repellent finish:
1. Polyester/Cotton, Polyester, Nylon and Silk etc. 2 - 3% solution
2. Cotton 100% 4 - 6% solution
Padding - Drying - curing

Results of Effectiveness Test :

Test conditions
Process : Padding
Pick up : Cotton 100%          = 80%
Polyester 100%     = 68%
T/C            = 71%
Nylon 100%      = 43%
Dry   : 110C x 2min.
Cure  : 160C x 1min.
for Polyester and Nylon.
160C x 2min.
for Cotton 100% and T/C.

REPELLENT 34(NEW)

REPELLENT 34(NEW) is mainly composed of Fluoro-carbon resin and provides excellent water and oil repellency for various kinds of fabrics.

REPELLENT 34(NEW) has no alkylphenol derivatives for endocrine disrupters.

Properties:

Main component : Fluoro-carbon coplymer
Appearance  : Off-white liquid
pH   : 3 - 5
Ionic : Weak Cationic
Solubility : Easily dissolve into cold water

Application :

For general water and oil repellent finish:
1. Polyester/Cotton, Polyester, Nylon and Silk etc. 2 - 4% solution
2. Cotton 100% 3 - 6% solution
Padding - Drying - curing 160C x 2 min for Cellulose and their blends and 170C x 1 min. for synthetic fabric. 

REPELLENT 34(EC)

Fluorocarbon resin Oil & Water repellent for Textile processing

Since REPELLENT 34(EC) is mainly composed of fluoro-carbon, it gives excellent oil & water repellency to various kinds of textiles.

PARAGUARD EC-50 does not contain Alkylphenol derivatives, which is doubtful substance as internal secretion disturbing substance.

Porperties:

Main component : Fluoro-polymer derivatives
Appearance  : Yellowish white milky liquid
pH   : 3 - 5
Ionic : Nonionic
Solubility : Soluble in water

Application:

For general water and oil repellent finish:
1. Natural fibers  3 6% solution of PARAGUARD EC-50
2. Synthetic fibers 2 5% solution of PARAGUARD EC-50

Application method;-

REPELLENT 34(EC) is suitable by padding method.
        Padding Drying Heat treatment(curing) at 160C x 2min for Cellulose fabric and their blends 
and at 170C x 1min  for Synthetic fabrics.

REPELLENT 34(SRF)

REPELLENT 34(SRF) is fluorocarbon compound based soil resistant(SR) agent for especially cotton/polyester blended fabrics.

REPELLENT 34(SRF) gives good soil resistance when laundering. And recommend to use together with CATALYST PGW, CARALYST LF NEW(low formaldehyde type glyoxal resin) for improve durability.
